The lift is very close to both the parking area and the apartment door. To help maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you carry your suitcase instead of using the rollers, as the residents appreciate keeping noise levels down. Thank you for your understanding!

Swimming Pool Rules and Access Guidelines
Pool Availability: The pool is currently closed and will reopen in the summer.
Access: The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for residents and holiday guests.
Supervision: Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Pool Cover Operation: To open the pool cover, insert the key and turn until the shutter is fully retracted. Enter only when the cover is completely open. Avoid holding onto the roller shutter.
Showering: Please shower before entering the pool. After swimming, use the key to close the cover and wait until it is completely secure.
Pool Furniture: Pool furniture is shared among all residents. Please do not reserve chairs or loungers in advance, and be mindful of sharing during peak times.
Quiet Hours: Be respectful of designated quiet hours and considerate of other residents.
Weather Precautions: In case of rain, wind, or at the end of the day, please store parasols in the designated jumbo box.
Swimming Hours: Swimming is allowed until 9 PM only.
Proper Attire: Swimwear is required; swimming in regular clothing is not permitted.

Pool Roller Shutter Operation:
To open the pool roller shutter, insert the key and turn until the cover is fully retracted. Wait until the shutter is completely open before entering the pool area. Once you’re finished swimming, if no one else is present, please close the pool cover by turning the key in the opposite direction until the shutter is entirely in place.
